... me off the phone with promised to sort out the problem after I informed them I had used the Novotel website. My credit card company is still trying to organise the refund...
And I received more appalling service when trying to find what had happened to my nightie. They hung up, transferred my calls, and promised to call when they had news. This has gone on for a fortnight now.
Today they told me that the "lost" nightie is my responsibility. I didn't lose it. It disappeared from my room.
