Very nice and multilingual staff.
Breakfast in a large selection, also for the country typical dishes.
Sauna and pool were okay, only the fitness room is a bit small and disinfection was all.

The pool was not warm and the steam room was out of order which my daughter and I found very disappointing as this was a 'special' trip and we wanted to relax in the wet area of the hotel.
