Hotel Novotel Glasgow

The hotel was medium-sized, most hotel guests were mostly British! The hotel was well kept and the staff friendly. With little English Kenntnisseen there weren't any problems with understanding! The rooms were relatively new. Amenities include kettle (with coffee and tea), flat screen TV, air-conditioning etc. Everything top!!! The staff and service was very good! We were very disappointed with our stay at the Novotel Glasgow. Not only did we impossible at front desk - check-in were treated without even asking, we were given a smoking room. Third bed (sofa bed) was not ready for us despite promises from staff. When we arrived in the middle of the night, was the third bed was still not ready, to ask, they said that we could leave yourself. Unfortunately also found some hair in the bathroom.
