Good, peaceful location directly at subway Lübeckerstraße. Bright rooms with full facilities. Bathroom separate from the toilet, the latter were rather small and cramped. Shortcoming: Wi-Fi is subject to a charge. 2 free internet-Stops by printer in the lobby. Large, bright bar with football -tv. We would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel lies directly on the subway line 1 and 3 and therefore very central and you can all subway s-Bahn trains and easy to get to. Very recommendable is the Hamburg card you can use all means of transport and sight is seeing some objects also a discount for the entry get. We have enjoyed the central location and the hotel and was very satisfied. Read more

the Play at the front desk is very good equipped - opposite from the restaurant. The smaller children could also undisturbed in the restaurant -mill the staff were very friendly.

In the hotel price locked is the use the wellness area, the breakfast depending on what you have booked included in the price or to pay separately. Negative points: small bathroom, bath very small, I am 1m65 and could not lie in it, pillows of bed not so good, sauna has opening hours, closes much too early (9 pm) in the evening, they turn it off even earlier, so before 9 pm it is all cold, steambath sometimes not turned on at all, wellness area too small (3 beds for resting) and crowded.
