Hotel with very easy access and close to the city. Depending on the location of the room to be a bit noisy in the morning, as the road is very busy. The staff is very nice and helpful. The selection of food in the evening is limited but you can also very good food in the surrounding area. The breakfast is very good. Large selection of food and drinks. Over the Hannover zoo Arag ement booked this and were totally enthused. In the hotel business people, families and worked perfectly, so was our impression. The staff/service was very friendly and always trap (even if during the breakfast time the places times briefly about). Highly recommended. Read more

The hotel is much worse, since there were only apprentices there, have no idea. The check-in which is entirely with my reservation's 60 euros, which I had paid the safe fee, had I denied. They claimed, that I didn't have paid 60 euros. Also the cleanliness was not good (dirty doors, etc.). The staff in the restaurant was rude and slow. Read more

When we asked the staff, they told us, that there is no air conditioning system is a 'real' , but a Luftumwälzanlage. We had the bad luck, bad that we slept, as it was very hot and stuffy in the room. The rooms were also quite small and we slept with three people in this.
