Nice city hotel, very Central, close to the city center. We had a great view on the Wawel castle. With our small dog we could go very good 'dressed' on the promenade of the river Vistula river right outside the hotel. If you open the window, it is unfortunately very loud, since the hotel is on a main road. In the rooms it is but a air conditioning. We were only disappointed in the sauna, the very small and is also not really was warm. The pool on the other hand is great. Also the breakfast corresponded to a 4-star hotel.

nice lounge and bar area with very reasonable prices, evening meal in resturant looked a bit expensive and was buffet style but with so many good resturants in Krakow you can eat very well and cheaply all over the city ( and be waited on ) All staff spoke perfect English and couldn't do enough to help!
