The hotel is located in the heart of the old town of Metz. An ideal starting point for a city break. Shops, restaurants and sights in the immediate vicinity. Staff was friendly and spoke English. Uncomplicated service (we had booked as a couple without child, but the baby was sick, we had to bring it; it was no problem at all-baby bed and chair were provided immediately). Thanks to the elevator, parking under the hotel and a large room with baby/pushchair easily. The selection and the offer of the food at the breakfast was good. Read more

A hotel from the 80 ERN, should be updated.
The breakfast is okay for a three star hotel, the dinner was great.
The location of the hotel is very centrally located, the staff was not easy (a bit difficult to find, despite Navi, because it was very full of nooks and crannies).

The staff were all friendly and very helpful and even though my one tiny gripe was that on a couple of days the room cleaning staff did not fully top up the tea/milk/sugar in my room (i was there for 5 nights) this was easily rectified by going down to reception. - in November 10
