The Novotel nice centre is a great hotel for a short break. The rooms are clean and modernly decorated. Toilet and bathroom as common in France are separated from each other. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. All speak English well, a other Language can also none abroad expect. The breakfast is international, delicious and definitely there is something for everyone. Check in and check out operation also without any problems. People are used to with the upholstery springs no joy with the foam rubber pillows. The pads were sadly very hard. That is why I could not get a good nights sleep.
The only German tv-channels was available SAT1zur.
We had breakfast included and was very good. Large selection of pastries, meat/sausage, jam, fruit, coffee & tea.
The pool on the roof was very nice.

All in all we were satisfied!
Above all agreed price/performance ratio!
Rooms:
Rooms were okay.-am no friend of shower curtains!
Storage space can be a bit bigger.
City:
Old town-about ten minutes walk
Ocean-about 20 minutes to foot
For our car there was a (high security) garage!
Good starting point for trips to St Tropez, Cannes, Monaco, Villefranche sur Mar,...
Pool:
Mostly all the beach chairs and the pool did not look very inviting from.

Clean, maintained hotel, which was suitable optimally for our 4-Tages-Trip after Nice. Perfect cost-performance ratio.
Our room was very, very roomy compared with many other double rooms in city hotels. The bed could have been more comfortably, but well… Otherwise we felt very much, very well. The “half” showering wall in the bath tub was somewhat annoying only, because one always flooded the half bathroom at showering, even if one gave itself still so much trouble not to do it…
