We (couple 51/46) have hrs a week night and breakfast. It took a while until the check-in was clear, that we don't have a voucher, but are charged. Verhandlungssicheres Spanish is available.
The restaurant is a large hall for food intake No ambiance. The cleanliness of the table was very good; be after every change fresh tablecloths hung up on us.
The hotel is every service to pay. Mini fridge 3.50 Euro/day; key for the room safe 4.50 Euro/day; garage 16 Euro/day.

The friendliness of the staff is outstanding! It is a great atmosphere and as a guest you a very personal, familial atmosphere. Very recommended! However, if you are more on party, you should rather not holiday in tossa. There is one well cared for, for example, if you only spend a beach holiday and relaxation or want to enjoy. Read more

Hotel is only for a short vacation well suitably, since the food was very monotonously and the hotel in the middle of the village, very built up and so there is no view. The hotel itself is very clean. Staff at the bar is very friendly, in the restaurant and at the reception unfortunately not-Spanish guests were treated preferentially.
Tossa de Mar is a wonderful place with a number of very good and also inexpensive restaurants.

We used the hotel on a short half-term break. The welcome was lukewarm. Our room had been occupied by an inconsiderate heavy smoker who had ignored new Spanish law, but we were found a new room without too much fuss. We found one of the receptionsists positively rude and unprofessional. Sound insulation between rooms is terrible! Decor of hotel not four star with very small lounge area.
