We arrived and were greeted friendly dog and nice. For us the hotel was just right, price and performance was better than expected. The next time we go (which we are to make sure) but we must have a larger room. We had booked all inclusive and the food and drink was very delicious. I would definitely recommend (if you like) ordered the roast venison steak, All-inclusive-price is not printed on the card, and it was sensational. unbeatable price performance ratio. Rooms as described in more simple facilities. If you want more comfort, should freshly renovated room book. The front of the hotel disturb those passing by federal highway, the while having the windows open sleep. On the forest is nothing to be heard. She made us feel our short stay at the hotel OBERMAYR very comfortable. The chef personally, Max OBERMAYR, and his crew were very hard in order to please our well-being, and we also got good advice, the related excursions. The hotel is an ideal starting point for trip to the various lakes, the salt worlds in Hallein, Salzburg, etc. are within easy reach of many of these places with an approximate driving time between 20 and 30 minutes (by car). This was the fourth time in Hotel Mayer, and once again very satisfied.
There are a lot of excursion possibilities in the surrounding area.
Sights such as Salzburg, the wolfgangsee Lake and ski slopes are all good in about 30 minutes to reach..
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful if you had a request.
The food is excellent. Especially the game and desserts should be mentioned.
We can highly recommend the hotel!
