Great hotel, super friendly and friendly staff everywhere. Very nice lobby, the programs offered throughout the day, and also in the evening (with live music) quality of our stay. If you don't speak English or Spanish the hotel a lot. But rather avoid, since no German was spoken. All in all, the hotel is mostly visited by Americans and Canadians, but it didn't bother us.
