In the North West of the island located in the hotel's immediate vicinity of grand Baie. The wind at the beach (beach and pool) was almost always too strong for swimming and sunning. Our room at the beach house was very nice, spacious new bathroom in other words and steal full living room. There were sufficient German tourists in the hotel, but there were in the whole area no staff could speak German. The food was okay, there was also, but there were hardly any variation. The first optical impression of the hotel was rather bad, since it was a older bungalow plant visible, in need of renovation and were the facade of the hotel-own beach also no Mauritiusfeeling has to pay. Our room was then but beautiful garden, newly renovated, with a great big bathroom. It were even bathrobes and a free safe available. The food was excellent and diversified and the service is very good. The price/performance ratio is therefore very good. The hotel is a real eye-catcher, a lovely landscaped garden, a votive tablets bar/restaurant range and super nice room. However, the food is not really satisfactory and the beach location. The room are super modernly furnished, it is nothing to what you could miss. Only we had problems with the hot water something, sometimes simply the (sufficient) was not available. Class hotel/bungalow area: we had actually a duplex bungalow, but got a free upgrade on a honeymoon suite. These are brand new, have a great SpA bath, safe, refrigerator, air conditioning, dishes, terrace, double bed, telephone, hairdryer all inclusive. We had only booked breakfast, the selection is small but very tasty. And everything for an unbeatable price the. Nice bar, if one wanted to drink something in the evening times.
