A pillow was totally moldy, was thrown on the floor, on the next it was in the bed.
the duvets are so small, that it is not under the mattress can be fixed in the morning and you have to take the mattress. Read more

I enjoyed staying there for one reason that it was by the copacobana beach but the swimming pool was a joke and the bar upstairs even the pic doesn't reflect that I found the staff where not friendly while dealing with me the where also dealing with 4 or 5 other guest even they where have a laugh together and answering the phone too and last when I was checking out they wanted to charge me 100 rias for having my best frined visiting me after 6 pm although I made sure my friend will leave early so they will not think that he spend the night very strange hotel policy !
