The hotel is located in the middle of the old town of Blaubeuren, just right for tired hikers. The rooms in the new extension was huge, although the bathroom was a bit could have been more largely. The restaurant is very nicely furnished, the kitchen was very good. Read more

Although the room (number 22) in the newer wing of the house was, the really very strong paper thin walls, had a negative impact on (both traffic noise from outside, as well as the sounds from the neighboring rooms). The very friendly service at the breakfast and at the front desk is special praise. The whole night I could not sleep! Explanatory memorandum: 15 minutes rang the bell all!
For people, which have an easy sleep, the harness is absolutely unsuitable.
Food was good, if you get, which one ordered! I had ordered Rehbraten, but first a marinated! Other therefor exactly the opposite!
There was also a bus, all the seats in the restaurant.

The hotel is an old, very large timber-framed building in the old town center of Blaubeuren. The driving directions without a GPS is in the absence of sufficient signs difficult. Parking spaces were directly at the hotel. The staff at the front desk was rather a matter between the door and Angel, but the staff was friendly. The hotel was apparently often rebuilt and renovated, everything is very nested. Hotel is centrally located in Blaubeuren, family run, as I more often in the area on a business trip am, I live here. The rooms in the new building are more difficult to reach (lift to three floor and walk with steps away) but in great condition, that means flat screen tv, beautiful bathroom and spacious room, unfortunately no mini bar. The hotel is traditional food, the staff is friendly, the breakfast adequate. Parking spaces at the hotel but only limited number. All in all, you can recommend it, if a mildew near whistled missing.
