The service at the piano bar was the staff very friendly, with the exception of rude either you or you hohlte the drinks yourself although no service. In the dining room the same there was very friendly service staff and the total the contrary. The hotel is very comfortable so we were there for the second time, we were only from Thomas cook ripped off we stayed for a week over Christmas 1579 euros paid! Read more

The beautifully landscaped Hotel, for ten years we once or twice per year visited, it has gone down: the heated indoor pool is not heated anymore since last year, the thermal pool was the Häölfte our stay empty, an elevator for our building was constantly broken, the kitchen was also on offer meagre, which however was due to the low occupancy could. We have a few weeks in the ranch El Manar riding booked (by the way a very good riding school) and a good place to stay close to sought. The Odyssey has exceeded our expectations-100% recommendation! Indoor swimming pool, swimming pool with more than enough beach chairs, great buffet for lunch and dinner (lunch order. 12/person!), a very attentive service and full support, when we arrived without luggage (problem with Air Berlin)-we can only recommend this hotel! We were there during the Ramadan-perhaps the friendliness was therefore not necessarily always so high, the staff often seemed irritated and annoyed.
The area was super nice and the room was very nice. offer all inclusive was not quite as we would have liked and the staff was friendly if you don't all inclusive-guest!! So once again tip, then were friendly served.
The mini-golf course was absolutely not to use!!! It is a pity they advertised was extra at leisure. Should definitely be spruced up.
