No way did this hotel deserve 5 stars (2 stars at most):
- the public toilet near the reception you could only go into with a protective mask
- not enough free beach chair mats at the beach and the beach chair mats that were free were all in a disastrous state (dirty, mouldy)...
- friends I met there had to share a room in a threesome (!!!) in the old part of the hotel for the same price (!) as a double room in the new part of the hotel area

Totaly old, dark in the inside, in need of repair, uninviting hotel.
On postcards it was to be seen that it was probably one of the first hotels in Kemer and since then apparently not much has changed!
The lift was constantly out of order, we were even stuck in it.
In the spa area the changing rooms were very moderate.
The closets were broken and the keys individually fitted everywhere!
Young girls had to scrub the big brass handrail in the lobby with toothbrushes. That really made you think!

Against all the negative reviews, we can just say good things. The rooms are clean and fine. The food was always tasty. It was our fourth time in this hotel and we are always enthused!!!
Rooms are in order, were cleaned regularly.
The service was as always very good, they remember us by now, there are even "insider" excursions included.
A boot tour can be recommended, as well as the jeep safari.
The food is okay, there are no fights with Russians at the buffet, we have never seen that.

It is a hotel that has been classified as a 5 star hotel for years, but it is not noticeable today. The food is monotonous but good quality, and for the price we paid we found it ok. The hotel gains 10-12 Euros per guest from the organizer every day. Cleanliness in the room is ok, it is cleaned every day and the towels are also changed everyday. The location is very good. The beach is full throughout the year, no beach chairs, broken glasses, etc. We would not recommend this hotel. Read more
