The hotel was only 30% occupied, therefore a very quiet and a relaxed short vacation. The choice of food was very lean and everyday the same. Very commendable was the lunch and the evening the Pizzabäckerei! There are only 1 bottle per day in the room. Lunschpakete in principle without drinks. All waiter very friendly and polite. The hotel was a nightmare for us. Unfortunately, it has not the appropriate star rating. Allegedly there was a five star hotel his, for us it was, whether it 1 star hotel would be. All in all a good hotel with a nice atmosphere, nicely equipped lobby, rooms and good friendly staff. Only at the end of the season we can't recommend it. In our second week was the staff less, the selection of food was less, dreary (remained but tasty), during the meal were removed tables and chairs. We did not feel more desired. Unfortunately is getting worse the hotel.
When we arrived, there were two Russian women at the front desk.
It was not a 'welcome', not a 'hello' let alone a laugh. That is an insolence.
I am for ten years regular, and there can one a friendly welcome to expect!
Friendly at the front desk was one of the Turkish men, he always smile ready and was friendly.
The cleanliness in the whole hotel was satisfactory.
Guest structure was at that time mixed, nevertheless too many Russians.
