Hotel Özside

The weather was great, over 40c a couple of days. You had to be up before 7am to get a sunbed. About 50 sunbeds for a 90 + room hotel. The pool was clean, yet small. All inclusive finished at 10. 30pm. not midnight as stated on the net. Only beer, vodka & raki were included plus soft drinks. The food was very limited unless you did salads. Many who stayed at the all inclusive hotel ate out, even for breakfast. The staff spoke little or no English. Only two members smiled all week, probably wind! DON'T GO !! Read more

just returned from this hotel yesterday where do i start .went with goldtrail holiday wasnt cheap first off we were telephoned 2 days before to say our flight times had changed to an hr earlier got to the airport delayed 4 hrs not off to a good start arrived at the hotel at 5. 30 in the moring to be met by cybil and manwel from fawlty towers lol rooms was very clean and average size so thought this seems ok went down for breakfast what can i say basic same thing every day bread jam cheese bolied egg lunch was even worse if you liked salad yo... After two days we changed the reservation. The food was a catastrophe. The service was almost non-exsitent. The animation was bad. The balkony's door did not close porperly, we complained and they did not fix it. The room's interior bad. Read more

Generally, the hotel was nice, it wasn't exceptionally big, according to the photo we had expected the "pool area" to be bigger... But one was able to see that the hotel facilities were relatively new and it was really quite better than that which one expects with a three star hotel! The inside of the rooms was good, clean and new! Part of the view was really awful (constructions, the closest hotel 1 meter away!). The bathroom was also good!
