The hotel (bed and breakfast) is located in the outskirts of Ogunquit and is can't miss. As the rooms at the seaside beach chairs, you get nothing from the street. The complex features several downwards floors, all of which include staircases. It is a bit silly when you every morning after showers to breakfast room ... For older people make it very difficult getting your luggage up to the rooms, as there is no lift and the stairs could be very slippery. The hotel has seen better days, yet resides in a clean and neat condition.
