Das Hotel liegt leider etwas weit weg vom Zentrum (ca 10km) und verfügt über keinen shuttle service. Der zweite unerfreuliche Punkt ist der kostenpflichtige Internetzugang. Das ist in US, besonders für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie, eher unüblich.
Sonst gibt es wenig zu beanstanden. Die Mannschaft an der Reception ist freundlich und kompetent, allerdings darf man keine Fremdsprachenkenntnisse (Ausnahme: Spanisch) erwarten.
