Hotel in a great central location with a great view of the historic city centre and the University. Restaurants offering cuisines from various countries are very easily accesible on foot. The Main shopping street is also without a car, easy to reach. Good traffic connections (within five minutes we were back on the highway) yet quiet location. Read more

Cozy, generously sized room as described in the catalog. Bathroom, also medium sized, well appointed.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room cleaning immaculate.
The restaurant on the top floor offers a great view at breakfast. The breakfast (not included in room rate) is a rich and varied buffet.

Ideally situated in the heart of New Haven - right around the corner from the University of Yale and close to the many restaurants, bars, shopping, and museums. Otherwise typical hochklassigeres US-business hotel and hotel for Yale parents - so expensive (and generally too expensive) and somehow it just a little dusty or by US standards probably somewhat quite elegant, but not really by EU standards. Ask for special Council has definitely worth it (240 instead of 300 $) and a good price reduction and a upgrade to a larger room also still ins... Read more
