This hotel was managed totally down last year. The personnel, except for a couple of exceptions, very unqualified. The cleaniness in the sanitary part is very bad, the rooms were also cleaned only fly by. As in this hotel the season and also the contract with Barcelo is about to end, we had to feel it. Also after the complaints by the travel agency and the hotel management the situation had not been changed at all. It is a pity that you had paid so much money and then you were sooooooooooooooooo disappointed. Read more

I can only say it is a catastrophe in every aspect! The facility is very badly maintained, and thus everything is very dirty. The rooms are small and dirty (very filthy), and the entire facility is very loud. The animation too, is very bad from morning till evening. The waiters are very unfrienldy. We saw that the Barcelo-Kette is separated from the hotel and the people are dismissed after the Saiaon, I'm sorry but you are going to be surpirsed about this. In this hotel it does not apply!
