We, nine persons, were very satisfied. Staff and management were very customer service oriented. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the beds were extremely comfortable and everything was clean. Because of the nature, peaceful location there was a hotel's own shuttle bus for guests without private car by arrangement available. Without a car is the footpath in the city center about 15 minutes through the magnificent kurpark. Read more

The hotel itself is quite nice, the staff tried hard. There is a problem with the reservation of our spa treatments, I have never experienced something like that, as a guest of the error is assigned and I have never seen such a unprofessional manner to a management had in this hotel. This has been a very ruined the stay.
The rooms were OK, the breakfast was good, the pool was OK.
It is quite beautiful, you can walk to bad orb.
But once again we would certainly not stay at this hotel. Read more

We had the Romantic Package "floating heart" we sint absolutely amazed at how lovely the pool made up. We enjoyed it very much. It was very clean and tidy. The decor is a bit dated, but it didn't bother us. The service personnel was very nice, friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty. The only thing we no complaints about is that in our double room the bed two small beds besstand and not a big. And the meal portions are a little on the small side. All in all we would highly recommend this place. We will definately be back. Read more

Very well located, clean hotel. Very large garden, but once again be cut. It was much trash, but tucked away under a tree, around. Room, service and friendliness was ok. The buffet breakfast selection is but a bit small. Pool ok, but just building work going on in this area, therefore no sauna. The Beautyfarm was very friendly and the treatments were also very nice, but a bit short ( no 4 hours application, but at most 3 hours). Read more

Very positive to mention is, that we always (also at night!) could use the swimming pool and in the hall there was an open fireplace, in which we want, mood and temperature the wood fire was allowed.
Unfortunately, there was only one set time for dinner (18. 30 o 'clock) and you have the choice to 17:00 o' clock, otherwise you bekmm what's left.
We had the impression that the staff was overtaxed and discouraged, because the reception and servicing of one and the same person at the same time we are trying to complete.
