check in and check out was ideal. the staff are friendly with good English and is always helpful been. the breakfast buffet is adequate-but too few variety. air conditioning and fridge in the hotel room for our taste too loud. the location of the hotel is, although at the end of town, ideal. The beach is on foot easily 5 minutes to reach.! we were very satisfied with the hotel, had a deluxe room with view of the sea, but the road up to the room were just 190 steps, so nothing for handicapped, breakfast was fine for us, the beach was super beautiful, the Kata Noi (is rather smaller and less busy)-90 steps to climb, we went on outside the hotels (half the price), has always worked so great, dinner we also outside of the hotel, you just try, if the Asian cuisine tastes can not go wrong, which has us with the time went on the nerves, was the high number of Russian tourists, German... Medium size hotel with consistently 250 to 280 guests. In the hotel over 50% guests Russian or Eastern European nationality, about 30% Scandinavians, hardly German. Clean hotel, performance overnight stay with breakfast. Received first a small room with hardly usable balcony. the complex is well maintained. Safe gives it directly at the front desk, Wi-Fi you are looking for, but unfortunately it was in vain (SIM card!). The guests were mixed, Russians, German, Austrians, English/ Aussis what I received. Immaculate, beautifully large, clean, large bathroom, fridge, TV, balcony with a view of the beach, kettle front desk, beach towel service, room service...
