We booked this hotel as part of tour and I can only recommend it. The hotel is in good condition, the rooms are big, have a balcony, tv, safe, hair dryer, iron, refrigerator. Room cleaning was in order, but these colorful bedspread you should omit, funny smell. But otherwise everything was great. We got the room even a gift, because we were honeymooners. The outrigger Keauhou beach hotel is located south of Kailua-Kona along the coast. The hotel is surrounded by three holy sites (Heiau's). You feel particularly obliged to the cultural heritage. It is a cultural program offered every day such as a Hawaiian language class, Lei making, hula dancing etc. we have not used. North of the hotel is the Kahalu'u beach park. Nice hotel in the middle of a well laid out park. Parking spaces (7 $/ day) are sufficiently available. Adjoining the hotel is a small sandy beach, were there is good. Pool is, like all hotels we visited on the other islands relatively small. Read more

Medium-sized Hotel, directly on the sea. Rooms are large and well equipped (balcony, air conditioning, safe, coffee/teepulver and machine, refrigerator, Internet access). Many parking spaces and relatively cheap (7 US/day). We had overnight stay with breakfast, not very varied, but adequate. Since the the construction is very open, unfortunately many birds in the restaurant on the way. So no food and drinks leave without supervision.
