The Hotel is located right in the heart of Playa de Palma, only a few meters to the well-known beer place called “Bierkönig” and just 300 metres away from the Mediterranean Sea. It's open from February to October.
It is a 4 floored building with 96 rooms.
Every room has got a complete bathroom, satellite TV, safety deposit box to rent, telephone, central heating and air conditioning.

The hotel made equal from the outside already a nice impression! It is newly renovated and you can see that. It is clean everywhere. The fitness room is also top. As the condition the devices is, I can only from the looks judge and it looked completely reasonable and maintained.
To the beach ( one walked directly on the ballermann 7 to) and bierkonig bar-club are about 10 minutes. The one can turn straight still in purchase ;-)
