The hotel in general
This ultra-modern and new hotel was opened at the begininning of 2008 and is situated 1,000m from the centre of Rivoltella and Colombare and 3,500m from Desenzano.
An imposing structure in an enviable position offering fine lake-views and is separated from the lake by just the main road. For those wanting a long peaceful holiday or for those wishing to enjoy just a short-break this is the ideal place for all.
There is free daily shuttle bus taking guests to and from Sirmione and Desenzano where they can enjoy the historic sites or simply wonder around the shops.
Every guest can enjoy the beautiful gardens rich with exotic plants, there is a 120 square metre swimmingpool with sun-beds, mattrasses and umbrellas plus a smaller pool (20 sq m) with jacuzzi all to be found on the panoramic terrace.
Free underground carpark for all guests.
The breakfast room with outside terrace offers a rich buffet breakfast every morning until 11am and the indoor bar apart from serving soft-drinks and cocktails also freshly prepares delicious sandwiches and salads for a lunchtime or afternoon snack.
The non-smoking elegant bedrooms have been tastefully furnished with style and all have bathrooms with shower or bath, hairdryer, flatscreen satelite TV, pay-tv, directline telephone, minibar, safe, Broadband Internet connection, self-regulating air-conditioning and large balcony.
The different room-types will suit all our guest’s needs: there are the “classic” rooms which are 23 square metres and are suitable for our handicapped guests, then there are the “topview” rooms found only on the third floor and these are 24 square metres and have amazing panoramic lake views. The Junior-Suites re very spacious rooms of 31 square metres and have a lounge area with a sofa-bed and finally there is the family-suite ideal for a large family with 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms over 40 square metres. There is also a reception, TV room and 2 lifts.

Very nice, relatively new house near the edge of the town of sirmione with beautiful view of the lake.
Just a shame, that there is only breakfast. For a short stay is OK, for a longer holiday would be too stressful for me, every evening a nice and good restaurant search. Since you mostly the car, in order to come into the city (parking!)

Nice hotel with exclusive ambience. Four stars are absolutely justified. Very friendly staff; with German in the hotel easily; very quiet place to stay by the pool; rather singles and couples. Shopping and gastronomy in the immediate vicinity not available. Arrival by car is recommended. Quayside of sirmione to Desenzano leads directly past the hotel, but there is really no considered noise. Fishing ehmens with class. Read more

We had booked a junior suite, a second room with second tv.
Everything was very clean and new. nothing was' scoured off '.
Service Staff at the Breakfast was very attentive and friendly and the meals were always immediately filled up.
at the Pool had sufficient Beach chairs with umbrella. The staff spoke mostly German.
Very pleasant was the underground parking for cars without extra charge.
We can recommend this hotel unlimited with good conscience recommend it and will definitely go back again! Read more

We are both for a short holiday via three nights at this hotel checked in, only after a short time, we had to say, that the hotel from acquaintence to 1.5. and that at a four stars Hotel The climate has issued! The rooms were stuffy and the staff was very cautious and friendly.
