We go every year to end October to Lucerne Luzern marathon. After we have the arrangement of the 'schweizerhof' have used, we wanted to try something new this year and got spent on request spontaneously from the palace a great package and here for two nights. I had reserved the hotel last minute and was very happy, to receive a room on the lake. The location of the hotel is really unique and beautiful lake are quiet and the room offer a wonderful view. My room was good the amenities, it lacked for nothing. My advice to the hotel would be, and the wireless Internet connections to the more cost-effective. The Palace Luzern is a beautiful hotel with all the modern ammenities and traditional charm.
The room was beautifully appointed and the bathroom was spacious and up-to-date.

Seldom does a city hotel live up to its reputation, but The Palace certainly does. From the moment of entering the reception area until check-out, I felt I was in the company of friends. Everyone was so kind, so many smiling faces. I was able to compare The Palace with another hotel in Luzern, but the Palace was far superior.
