Beautiful, large and imposing lobby, rooms are nicely decorated (inventory/hair dryer/telephone/partly broken), great view of Agadir and the huge pool, beautiful beach and the sea. We're sorry, but it was during our stay, almost always cloudy and misty, which was probably due to the directly behind the coast mountains is due to ask potential end, which will build the clouds. Lovely two weeks we spent in this beautiful hotel. We not understand the negative reviews. The food was very varied and extensive, if there is not full, is itself to blame. The entire staff, starting in the bar, at the pool, in the restaurant, reception, as well as the security and the maids were very fast, efficient and very nice. The once beautiful, luxurious hotel has unfortunately not seen for years of maintenance and servicing. The pool, as well as the sidewalks and stairs are damaged. Injury and danger of stumbling, available.
The entire offer was to our travel time greatly reduced. Nevertheless, we have paid full.
The actually spacious, well-appointed room was in the bathroom not only with really strong mold infested. Unfortunately were many things-the just by means of regular maintenance can be avoided-negative. Presses and so feeling factor.

The friendly, open-minded, helpful and attentive (also without tips or its expectation) of all staff, which in some parts of the hotel area was optically noticeable in the years come up again ' condition easy. After having read all the bad reviews we were understandably concerned about what we would find when we got there - we were expecting rude staff, the whole place being over-run with frogs and ants, rotten rooms, being ripped off for drinks, a disgusting pool etc etc etc. - in November 09
The staff is rude and everything takes very long time to get sorted form check in to ordering tea etc.
