Arrival-no entrance and staircase of snow access removed 50 m and luggage-about at least ten entrance steps to carry front desk only spoke Italian and English dining room and bar- temperature of the room 18 degrees bathroom-at the maximum radiator the thermostat was missing-despite complaint after three days no change wellness area-water temperature in the very large jacuzzi way too low dinner-no salad buffet or at least salad plates breakfast -1 sort of rolls, ham, Salami, cheese, butter, jam, Quark and so on packaged portions dishes dining... Very nice old hotel, we had a standard room, which was sufficiently large. The staff speaks German, English and Italian and was very friendly. In the basement is a large spa area with various saunas, whirlpool (about 6x3M) and massage. Free parking, free Wi-Fi in the lobby. We had half board, there was an antipasti and salad buffet. The starters and main menu under three different variations could be chosen. We enjoyed it very much. All in all we can really recommend the Palace Hotel. Read more
