The hotel has its best time behind itself, much dirt was in the room, the staff did not have desire more, because the Hotel the last week before the end of the season was open. The room safe was cracked and it completely cash stolen, nobody was there, of course, and the manager of the hotel could hardly believe that such a thing can happen in this hotel! ... amazing , I know he didn't do this for a tip or credit he did this out of the goodness of his heart and just to go that extra mile I hope that when I return he is a manager of some sorts because he truly deserves it, I haven't even mentioned all the great points of this hotel from the gym and sauna area with indoor pool the amphitheatre, water slides it has it all and for the price it was even more amazing 10 out of 10 for me and my girlfriend I hope we return one day because we enjoyed every minute of it. Was a nice vacation. I found positive, many people from the staff were very helpful and sociable, about the service I can't complain. However, it was only superficially cleaned the room always. Some people, for example, at the transfer to the airport (driver) could not speak any English or German. In the hotel at the front desk on the other hand, there was someone who could speak fluent German, which I found quite remarkable. Read more

was a very good resort for familys,food was good,plenty of good service and drinks!only problem was ther was only 1 onsite shop which was a bit expensive,the nearest town was 20mins away.the staff were reaaly helpful always making sure you were happy.had a lovely play area for kids and had some lovely pools in the hotel which werent too deep,i liked the sea water pool.there were lovely resturants around the complex and a snack bar you could get burgers from which kept the kids happy. Unfortunately we got a room, not the standard. Mold and dirt in the bathroom, shower's wall so furred up, that you could not see! With any hotel comparable! Really a shame. After complaining we got a new room in the main building, view was fantastic and room was nice, but the bathroom was still not clean ☹ So we had to live a week then. Travel guide alltours was very bad, we had booked two trips after Bodrum and Kos, both did not take place and it was not given.
