Dirty dishes, much too small dining room, food disgusting to look at, little choice, not refilled at the buffet, tables stand way too narrow. You can hardly go through the rows. Preparation of the eggs in the morning takes per request and person about 5 minutes. Exactly long the coffee to, constantly is a machine broken.
Room extremely badly soundproofed
Where the 86% satisfaction again, is a mystery... Maximum worth 2 stars...

Very pleasant the quiet location of the hotel in the second row the hotel complexes, medium hotel consisting of 2 houses with between distant, in March still 14 °C cold outdoor swimming pool. Complex well arranged, but very well maintained, staff are very friendly, essential knowledge of German - especially at the front desk - available and good.
Choice of food outstanding, the extensive buffet is however not in all necessary areas hot held. Small problems with unclean wine glasses, but accommodating fixed were.

The hotel was on the whole very good. We are already planning the next vacation in this hotel. The staff were very helpful and could with all help. The rooms have a very good facilities and can only be recommended. The selection of buffet always good and sufficient. Read more

In the hotel Pamplona (balneario 11) were mainly French guests, only a few German guests.
The cold/hot buffet in the evening it was probably on the French guests reconciled. The hot food was always cold.
The double room in a neighboring building (through the 'courtyard' to reach) was very quiet and large.
The staff were helpful, although only a few knowledge of German. Especially was the entertainer to mention, the US anytime again to the offered Play etc. Invited.
