At night we arrived at the hotel 8:00 pm and our room after check-in itself. As it is a big ground and we travelled with a child decorated, this is something very mühsehlig without bag boy or trolley. When we finally found our room (we were on the ground floor) made us as if we were in the basement ... damages equippment in the main area of the house and welcome! The worst part of cleanliness/hygiene: rooms were not cleaned. Towels were just hung up again instead of changed. Only cold water, despite complaint. Toilets in the pool area were totally dirty. Food was worse than in a cafeteria. Nothing was set, and had to get our own drinks + these were a treat in a plastic cup. The beach bar was not all-inclusive + the beach chairs cost 5 € and these were so dirty ... Disgusting. The staff was very rude and indifferent. The hotel is at Alltours and 12FLY sold under this name. The right name is however Aristoteles Beach. Under this name you just have to read the reviews, which is almost nothing to add, except that the durchgerostet Stahltreppe to the beach, that is entirely abgerostet railings in, the beach is a dump and there was no sand-gravel beach more is only stone and rocks. The whole area is not even more German Jugendherbergsniveau. For the most part the staff understood German or English, what a 4 greek stars hotel constitutes an admission of failur... Read more

The Katastrophalsten were the cleanliness/hygiene: rooms were not thoroughly cleaned (there were "droppings" the previous guest), dirty towels just hung up again instead of changed.
