We had the hotel for a city break booked. The reception at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Our room lag in the sixth floor. We had to however note, that the condition the room in our opinion in terms of cleanliness for a five star hotel was very poor. In the bed and in the bath tub noteworthy each some black hair in the eye. In the washbasin stuck toothpaste leftovers. The garbage bin was not complete emptied. The tiles in the bathroom were partly torn. On the walls of the bathroom were some colored Streifspuren.
