A shame, the long black hair in the sheets were not by me (I brown and short), and the telephone was not clean (lipstick?). It was charged to my complaint, but that's about it. The carpet could use a cleaning. A room on the club floor could have a chair, tv, and in particular to read. Read more

Great hotel in Hamburg; in my opinion with good reason as the best hotel in Hamburg excellent and as one of the 25 best hotels in Europe.
