Nice family owned hotel with a cosy skiing hotel touch. Opposite Parsenn skiing area (at the base funicular), 3 minute walk from Davos-Dorf railway station. Free transportation on local busses and trains, including to Jakobshorn skiing are (our favorite skiing area!). Great breakfast included in room rate, including delicious cheeses (it's Switzerland, after all!), muesli and egg station (any eggs you like!). Great programs for half board guests and dinner excursions. Our room hat a large balcony overlooking the village, the nearby ice skati... Read more

The atmosphere in the hotel was handled. Opposite the valley station of the Parsennbahn, this cozy hotel is a great focal point next to the many star hotels Davos life...
The room was great, rustic style. The bathroom was clean, albeit from the hardware already a few years old.
The kitchen is on a complaint in the restaurant was reacted promptly and generously.
I would stay here again any. Read more

Hotel is very centrally located, cable car right across the street, but not annoying. We had a room on the side street, so not noisy.
Service was very attentive and helpful. Half board with a choice of two menus, one of which was always fish. We really liked it, the portions were adequate.
Overall, we were satisfied. Read more

Great four star, classic Swiss old-school family run hotel - unfortunately, the family died off and although the management is excellent, uncertainty over the hotel's future has let it decline a little bit too much for the prices they charge.

Great, classic lobby, lounge and restaurants and a generally very high standard of food - go for the half-board option for fine, classic hotel dinners.

Most of the south facing rooms are fine, if a bit shabby, but some of the rooms are a bit small and the old-wing rooms are past it .

The staff are generally brilliant, though a few of the older Swiss ones can be a bit grumpy.

There is also a huge, well heated indoor pool and the location, just above the town and almost right on the kid's slopes is brilliant.
