Since we were already once seven years ago in this hotel vacation we booked it again, because we were all around satisfied, but what we now have happened would not trust you. Unfriendly staff, repairs were not made, for example, we could our room door not lock the door had to be increased, we reported this on the day of arrival and until the day we left nothing happened, although this is the travel agency reported. There is never a four star hotel,
The furniture in our room were very old, in the closet hangers 1.
On request, it was not possible to receive them.
At the pool there were enough beach chairs, but hardly sonnenrnschirme, many broken.
Our cleaning lady was always cleaned, but not clean ones.
Solino club was better, our lütte found it OK.
It is a simple conditionally recommendable Hotel.
Relatively cheap.

Unfortunately, there are many in the area and very high hazard for the children, the children's entertainment and a lack of it, as in the description it is no kids menu. The hotel is not adequate for 4 stars at all more like a 2 star hotel, Massenanlage, rooms are clean. Breakfast is not varied, no different kinds of bread or bread rolls. At lunch servicing. Dinner the meals are not warm enough and not much variety. There are only two sorts of ice cream. My verdict poor.
