Room was as quiet advertised, I cannot confirm this, since balcony door would not close and there to a through road is it was extremely loud. With the balcony door open it was exactly loud as with closed
From the last renovation are still Farbflecken on the floor.

The hotel has been refurbished and fresh Welcoming the guest Colors welcome. In some areas the 'old' hotel comes out. For a short break it is definitely recommendable, since it is reasonable value for money and the location for activities sure is OK. Read more

The hotel perlach is located in the very beautiful Munich-Munchen perlach district, about 8 kilometer away from the city centre to marienplatz. You can with the suburban train, respectively about 5 to 10 minutes footpath away leaves, the city center rEACH. There are 6 stops to the marienplatz, the train runs every 15 minutes.
the hotel was completely rebuilt in 2010/2011. The bathroom was updated, the window too. Currently being worked on the exterior. Since we were there on Saturday through Monday, we didn't hear any noise from the tree noi... Read more

the hotel lies in old perlach, which has its charms. Even Bavarian. Munich is the suburban train ( close to the hotel) within a few minutes. Ideal (as city center area)! Some restaurants there are nearby. Read more
