Pestana alvor Praia in the week was characterised by great weather in a great location. The staff was always very friendly and attentive, the hotel altogether was very nice and well maintained. Leisure facilities were plentiful, tennis, for example, right in front of the hotel. The diving you have to just a few metres from the beach to the hotel Dom Joao II go, this is not a problem. The hotel offers for the tourists seeking relaxation the matching surroundings. The staff was super nice and helpful. Lack of or insufficient English are irrelevant, since many of the staff speak German understand and speak. The breakfast buffet was rich. The evening buffet changed daily and is good. Hotel is in general we loved it. The rooms were always clean. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Fresh fruit every day, there were eggs in all variations, fresh rolls, fresh waffles, and so on. The beach was within a short time on an elevator or stairs to reach and was very clean. The sheets in the room smelled musty, the carpet had stains, the couch in the room were filthy and on the giant bed on the balcony (would have been really beautiful) we wanted to don't set, it is a shame.

The superior suite I stayed in was very freshly painted but you forgot, tidy clean to make, all dirty--we had two balconies, with dusty beach chairs and polluted cushions, so that a functioning using the balcony to relax.
