I can understand the many negative reviews. The room (, as well as the whole hotel) were cleaned well every day. The food is Spanish three star standard. (A lot of deep-fried-) the pool was much too small. The sandy beach is just opposite the small promenade. The service staff was friendly. The drinks at the all inclusive were to be self-served. The hotel is the first house on the beach on the promenade. So great location. If you have a room with a balcony with a side view of the sea/Bay view of the sea, the hotel is very recommendable. We wouldn't of rooms into the atrium, because they have no windows, which can be opened.
