as in previous years we spent a week relaxing stay 2011 in Hotel Philoxenia. Also this year we were not disappointed. Loving thanks to the whole staff therefor, for example, Maria, the nice ' Teachers 'from Athens and of course Cristo and a special praise goes to the kitchen staff, they have first 2011 the dinner in buffet form (twice a week) was very lovingly prepared and extremely.. It is really quiet in this area. Four hotels, a small supermarket and a beach of about 200 meter to Corfu town is about 15 kilometer, this is by bus or a rental car, easy to reach. The hotel and its staff are very friendly, speak quite many languages. If you need a place to get away from it all, here was the right place. For families with children, it is not recommended. We were accommodated in an auxiliary building with a view of the sea. The view from the balcony was really very nice, the rest of the room left a lot to be desired. The cabinet in the bathroom was broken, the shower curtain and grout mold suffered ill-treatment.
The closet could be opened, however not close properly. The size of the room was pleasant and perfectly adequate. The walls are very thin, you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms.
