We stayed over Christmas at this hotel and were very pleased.
Although the food (we had booked half-board) cold.
After a week we had raised the travel agency and the next day the food was warm ☺ We were surprised that all guests hinnahmen so, if the meat sauce, it was concentrated and cold. But we had now the second week now warm dishes.

We were seven nights in this hotel. Unfortunately were few German tourists here.
Breakfast was satisfactory. Had a quiet room on the back of the hotel. Nearby are many restaurants, massage salons and good shopping. We have discovered large restaurant leines (relax pub) the us very good gfallen has. It is a German (till Kosching)
Away to the beach of (about seven minutes) over a main road. Unfortunately the weather was not as good during our stay, we were at the beautiful pool area. Read more

The bathroom is in need of a renovation.

The vast majority of guests came from Scandinavia.

Very well-kept area, were during the Christmas break with our three children, made us feel very welcome.
Short walk to the beach, very friendly staff, and great pools.
Hotel highly recommended, especially for families.

All the facilities are good for children EXCEPT one - Kid's Club staff ( blond girls from somewhere in Scandinavia) are very rude and unfriendly, besides the temperature in kid's club is absolutely freesing, one day they even left little children unattended at the closed door of the kid's club and left, I was passing by and saw one little boy crying alone when this Scandinavian staff girl closed the door and went away.

I still think it has a nice location between Karon Beach and Kata Beach in Phuket, and the swimming pool area is one of the best ones. - in February 10
