the hotel only had three stars deserves definitely not more. The size of the room was OK! The cleanliness was only superficial. Many Russian and Polish guests.
size of the rooms was OK. Mini bar was empty. Cleanliness superficial.
the staff were up to a few exceptions unfriendly. German understand most do not.
the gastronomy in this hotel was awful. If you the buffet has was full. Only the pizza in the evening one could eat.

Food, service, entertainment, service and cleanliness of the area left a lot to be desired. 85% of the guests only Eastern Europeans (Russia, Poland...) very bad vacation feeling, season for the people who work there have been completed. Alltours was not informed before place, travel guide was totally swamped, as used recently. Quite suitable route to other hotels, with at least two stars which this may be seen. At the time of booking we didn't know, on which we have agreed. All in all, we were, as far as the accommodation was, positive surprised. At the same time, we were rather disappointed with the food. For four, five stars hotel simply a disaster and a joke of the tour operator, here alltours, to declare it as such. We must at least be listed and, the 85% Eastern Europeans book this hotel and had a very bad atmosphere exists as a result. Hotel neglected, food more than poor, staff except for a few exceptions not motivated and unfriendly. The travel guide was done. Spa area (indoor pool and hot tub) unclean, despite all inclusive no snack at lunch, only food in the restaurant, at the beach there were too few beach chairs and umbrellas, toilet on beach bar dirty, staff at the main bar has the job as little as possible 'all inclusive' drinks auszuschenken, and tips didn't help here either, three class (all inclusive, all-inclusive guests and along) brandy did not belong to all inclusive or all inclusive and only for cashEvening entertainment poor.

Personally if I wanted to see something added to the hotel facilities would be: more Greek speaking people at the mini club, ice cream choices for the all inclusive customers to be extended to all the bars and not just the pool bar, maybe care to be taken on the floor between the pools as it is very slippery, the showers need to work too at the main pool, and the pools need to be mended a little at some details.
