The overall picture of the hotel was very nice to behold and the surroundings were clean. The rooms were attractively and functionally furnished, except for the sofa bed our kid's used, they could feel every spring in it, and painfully. The closer one's room was located to the sea, the less water one had for showering. When one of us had a shower, the next one to shower had to wait half an hour before there was warm water.

A family-friendly complex in a very nice location with a great view of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. The complex is indeed somewhat older, but had been renovated and was very clean everywhere. Due to the reviews we'd read, we partially expected it to be awful, but can only recommend this hotel. The price-performance ratio was right, the staff was super friendly, and a difference between the all-inclusive and the other guests could not be detected.
