The rooms are quite uncomfortable. The furniture is old, very Spartan and I have never slept in so uncomfortable beds. The whole building is very badly soundproofed, one hear all neighbors really everything. The bedrooms are facing the street, the combined living room with kitchenette and two bed sofas to the pool, where until just before midnight loud music in a head ache causing sound quality is played.

Palma Nova is a fantastic resort and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone especially families as you can walk on the promenade, play in one of the numerous parks or go on the fantastic beach. - in October 09
There is also a place called TOM BROWNS in magalluf which has loads on its menus from typical english meals to grills and roast and is well worth the cheap price as we were family of 5 we found it really cheap when we ate there and would recommend it to anyone.

The only thing was we didn't see a cleaner for three days - we would have loved our towels to be changed and beds made - in October 09
The rooms have seen better days and the towels were only changed every 2 days and not at all at the weekends.

Excellent apartments, fantastic staff that make you feel very welcome, They have a execellent pool area with childs play area, the apartments are clean and have everything that is needed for your stay, they have english tv which includes cbeebies which keeps the children happy!

so shows no one cleans the grounds,the young girl who ran the kids club was quite fluent with her sware words,even an english kid said "dont sware in front of the little ones" to her,while she was entertaining the older kids playing pool,i heard her say "you should hold the cue like you are giving a **** job",some reviewers say the rooms are spacious and clean,we must have had a bad room,the apartments really do have the potential just needs bit of modernising,think its best for late teens early twentys who dont really care about small details,location excellent two mins to son matias beach,ten mins to magaluf beach so spent our days there and our nights in magaluf.

First impressions fantastic,reception spotless and air conditioned,guy behind desk very helpfull and friendly,small supermarket on site which is ok on your first day to grab some bits,but local bip supermarket only ten mins walk away, walk through reception towards pool bar area and we thought we where on to a winner,good size seating area and great pool,i love music but as we have seen on reviews some days it is loud! - in October 09

The pool was nice albeit a little on the cold side, with a mix of groups and families, I would not classify this as a rowdy hotel though, definitely not 18-30's material.

By the end of the day there is rubbish overflowing out of all of the bins around the pool, cigarette butts and beer bottles all around the pool deck, and the pool itself wasn't cleaned the whole week we were there. - in November 09
