This hotel has one of the best times a year ago ten experienced. Not well maintained, dirty, everywhere insects (ants, roaches, etc.) in the dining room. The food was so bad, that we ate out every evening, despite half board. Breakfast we after three days no more left. Complaints were pointless. The British and Russian guests seem to not to disturb this situation, they are also met several times at the meal. Just a word to the hygiene in the room: mildew shower, smelly and dirt smeared with balcony, rusty stove, and so forth an absolute horror. Read more

We were as a family stayed at the Ponderosa 2009. There it was still acceptable. It was for the kids entertainment and also a quite a lot of German tourists. That is why we have booked a vacation in 2011 also again there, unfortunately. The hotel was 2010 insolvent and has got a new owner. It was for the children there were no activities more and also hardly any Germans. Still only english and french. Can recommend this hotel highly recommend it anytime. Were there as a family and had a family room/suite which of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living room with kitchenette consisted, and two balconies with Glasvront. The view from the fifth floor was lovely-sea view. The variety and quality of the dishes was good, particularly to Christmas and New Year's eve. The staff was always friendly and courteous and also the excursions with the animation team were entertaining ☺

Very big hotel in an actually good location, about 5 minutes on foot away from the beach. The building was already a bit older, which wouldn't have been terrible actually if it had been neat. The cleanliness in the rooms and the state of the area were bad. Cats were sitting in the beer garden and used the flowerbeds next to the seats as a toilet, the room was cleaned bad. The canopy on which we could look from our room was full with clothes (underpants), towels, toothbrushes and condom.
