The location was excellent, I was a bit worried about noise at night as there were a few bars beneath neighbouring hotels but we did not hear anything.

The hotel, even though others were staying there, seemed lifeless, an example being we went for a lovely meal at local place, came back to the hotel to find the bar next door full to capacity with people of all ages, when we saw our hotel there was not one person sat at their tables, there was no atmosphere here, no welcome from the hotel staff, and oveall after paying over 800 Euros for two nights I feel very angry.
