We booked this hotel as an overnight stay on our trip postillon to Italy. As the location for us was perfect (right next to the highway), we have chosen to vote despite horrific lack a second time for the hotel. Never again!
The hotel has four stars and this also gladly pay. The rooms are very large and spacious. Unfortunately the very rustic decor was already very worn and the odor musty.

The hotel is roughly about 20 years old. We had the impression, that the rooms have been renovated recently. The furnishings are not new anymore. But during our stay was one floor closed, because the rooms have been painted. The breakfast buffet was for us-separated from groups-in a separate cozy restaurant. We had for dinner only a fine hash browns, but at the neighboring table beef tenderloins were served, the insured apparently were extremely delicate as we can see from the table. Read more

Breakfast was OK, but doesn`t equate to their literature of `royal`, everything was rather shoddy, and after having paid 65euros the night before for the most beautiful room in a hotel in a Medieval Italian village - with a Michelin recommended restaurant overlooking Tuscany - it didn`t make sense in any way.

The decor is late 70s, The only ventilation was the balcony door - a few hundred yards from the motorway - so earplugs a must.
