Very beautiful hotel with good location! From the outside it looked a little tired from, but inside looks very good.
We were given a welcome drink, what we in the piano bar to redeem could. Unfortunately we could between tea, coffee, wine, soft drinks and so on select. Furthermore it was very cold and after smoke smelly. Doesn't really pay off.
The rooms are beautiful large and well equipped. We had a suite. The bathroom was with a bath tub ink. Shower, a additional shower, 2 washbasin was enormous.

The hotel has 5 stars definitely not deserved. It is relatively dated, not only from the outside, but also from the inside. The reception was more than unfriendly and the dishes tasted unfortunately not good. From a five star hotel you can even in Prague expect more. Positive was the performance of the cleaning staff and the friendliness the maids. The jacuzzi was broken and otherwise we unfortunately more for this price promised. Read more

Situated on the banks of the Vltava River, first hotel makes any special impression outside, but upon entering the entrance division revised. The staff in all areas (reception, restaurant and room service) friendly and courteous. The breakfast was u. e. Not quite a 5 star hotel, since many things in plastic proportioned was offered. The hotel was as already described several times not very scenic from the outside, but inside very well appointed and ideal starting point to reach the major attractions. The hotel is visited by guests of different nationalities and of all age groups.
