Distance of the hotel old town (Jaffa gate) is okay (about 1 kilometer), and the route is also nice to walk (through a park). Car you can in the hotel garage free park. Wi-Fi is( in comparison to allen other hotels in which we in Israel were) not free of charge. To the Mount of Olives we are in the morning with the taxi (circa 8-9 euros)-that is not a problem. Hotel set in a quiet location in a clean residential area. Old Town (Jaffator) within walking distance, about 15 minutes away. In the spacious lobby with tiny shop and a small bar. Front desk with security around the o'clock occupied. Large breakfast buffet with all the bells and whistles (no sausages, as kosher kitchen) was very delicious. Piano live! I'd recommend the Prima Royal, but was diving koshere breakfast ( a lot of fish, no meat, toast and otherwise no proper bread) took some getting used to. The Shabbath was again reduced ( no toaster, no scrambled eggs in the Wärmebox). But maybe this is typical of the country. As I in any other hotel I can't say if it with a better breakfast.
