We have end of March a week lanzarote in the Princesa yaiza spent. It was our first time in Lanzarote, and we chose the Princesa yaiza because of the location booked. We were at all not disappointed. We had a suite with a about 50 square meters and balcony booked. Room service several times a day, always very attentive and friendly. If there too much the' please do not disturb!' sign on the door! The hotel is very comfortable equipped and offers all together a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. However lag our room somewhat nearby at the street, so unfortunately on the balcony the noise somewhat impaired. However in the rooms ( it was a suite) was quiet. Read more

We were 8 years ago already this hotel loved it and we enjoyed it this time not disappointed. From the check-in staff to the staff in the restaurants and the cleaning staff were all very friendly. We felt from the first moment super comfortable in this still very beautiful hotel with many awards (. And the with good reason!). So was 1 week stay way too short and it was very hard for us to leave. Who five stars standard searches, it will in this hotel also find in all areas!
